new calendar only shown after refresh #33

What happened?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add a new calendar
2. go to calendar view
3. (calendar is nat shown, nor are its entries)
4. refresh the view: now it is shown

this also happens in settings -> calendars list

fixed with a new action called ShowSettingsAction
