installation manual omits a link to /app/configuration before starting up #35

i followed the README in the 0.4 package. i visited localhost:8080/webical
but after logging in, i got an 'application not initialized' error. i then
visited /webical/app/configuration (which i remembered from a previous
installation). after i entered credentials there, i could enter the calendar.

   Visit http://localhost:8080/webical/ to start using your Webical
   installation.

   You can log in with username 'webical' and password 'webical'. 
   The first time you log in, you will be redirected to the 
   configuration page. 

the redirect dit not happen (it went to calendar)

I updated the README and removed the automatic redirect.

I also updated the NotInitialized page to include instructions and a link to the
configuration page
