month view: grey out days not part of month #42

in the month view all days are shown in a grid. that way also days from
previous and next month are shown. since user selected to see this specific
month, t propose to make the days that are not part of the selected month
another color. e.g. grayed out.

To fix this in the css a class should be added to the table cells of those days

I added a class "outOfRange" to days that are not in the range of the month 
viewed.
Sjoerd can style the days with the stylesheet.
