if 'where'/'description' are empty there should be a ' - ' #6

If you add an event and you leave 'where' and 'description' empty there
could be a clearer indication that those values are empty if you view the
event. Now it just says 'where' and after that nothing. Maybe it should
say: 'where': -
But maybe that's redundant.

I don't agree with it being a '-'. The user did not fill in any data, so no data
should be shown. If the user wants a dash, the user should fill in one.
