[clang] link fails with rtti enabled #762

2dcbf8c Changing webmenc to use libwebm

With -fsanitize=undefined rtti is enabled, a workaround is to use -fno-rtti 
(-fno-sanitize=vptr).

Error:
third_party/libwebm/mkvmuxer.cpp.o:(.data+0xa8): undefined reference to 
`typeinfo for mkvparser::IMkvReader'
