What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
project is not getting tiles which is used... tiles-common.xml and 
tiles-flairtalk.xml

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using spring 3.2.3 maven3.2 on win7 64bit..

Please provide any additional information below.
The project redirect to controller but couldnt get the jsp file which is in the 
view..

plz help me out... thank in advance..
