Delete templates #88

Hello!

I would like to be able to delete templates that for one or another reason no 
longer is relevant. You can "reuse" templates but I worry that the list will be 
messy if a lot of the templates no longer are in use.

It is easy enough to delete templates via MySQL but GUI support would be 
preferable in my opinion.
