w4a do not support OPTIONS (used for keepalive)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure w4a with asterisk
2. set qualify=1000 in sip.conf for user
3. Observe 'Not implemented' errors in w4a SIP trace (please see the log)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is OPTIONS supported (200 OK reply)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest svn
