UserDrawable could be dragged out of super drawable #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. loaded project site
2. zoomed out
3. dragged user outside of sitemap

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
UserDraggable must not be dragged outside of the sitemap.

This is not an issue. If someone walks out of the map, the calculations should 
still be correct.
