Describe the improvement / request:

On svn update the revision number should be written in a generated Java file 
under gen containing the current version number. This should be done on the 
client side.

generating the Java BuildInfo class with a ant task.

- The ant task is executed as external Builder with eclipse
- The ant task uses svn to generate the info and stores it in ant properties.
- These properties are written to the Java file.
