Support BibTeX #20

Support BibTeX to support complex documents.

Running BibTex is supported already. But we need to load the BibTeX-File
with all the informations concerning all references.

There needs to be a function, so BibTeX can be referenced in Wiki-Mode as well.

Won't be in 1.0. Some code is in W2L, but disabled for now.

I've gotten BibTeX entries to work with the biblio/bibtex extension used on 
nmrwiki.org.

Here is some python code that reparses the bibtex section and splits the 
Main.tex
output into Main-reparsed.txt and Main.bib. It also corrects for a bug where `` 
'' is
not correctly parsed. This is a horrible, horrible hack, but it does the job.
Hopefully this will help future development.
