error: ExtParserFunctions not found

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install extension
2. load extension in LocalSettings.php
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

mediawiki dies with:
PHP Fatal error:  Class 'ExtParserFunctions' not found in /home/
matthias/www/mediawiki/extensions/w2l/w2lDefaultConfig.php on line 40

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mediawiki 1.10.1 on opensuse 10.2 (Linux)

I Installed the extension PaerserFunctions to get this running
