[PATCH] Tables all get number of columns of the first occuring table. #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a wiki page with two tables with different number of columns.
2. Generate TeX.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
* Expected is that every table has the correct number of columns.
* What happens is that the second table has the same number of columns as
the first.

Problem with initialising variables from my previous patch. A fix is
included (agains svn trunk).
