Large aggregate file (transclusion) makes extension choke #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After installing mediawiki, and w2l extension, choose LaTeX/PDF link on a 
wiki page and press "Download pdf-file" button.
2. Nothing happens, the button press is processed for a while and then the user
is taken to an empty web page, totally blank.
3. Note that the aggregate page that makes W2L choke is about 133 pages long 
with "print preview" in Firefox...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of Wiki2LaTeX are you using? On which Mediawiki version?

W2L version: Aegaeon, 2011-02-22.
Mediawiki version: 1.16.0
PHP: 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.7 (apache2handler)
MySQL: 5.1.41-3ubuntu12.10
Ubuntu Lucid 10.04 LTS.

Additional info: The extension chokes on all three buttons, create pdf, create 
tex file for download, creat tex file in a text area. The server has enough (?) 
RAM, 4GB.

W2L has never been tested on that large documents :( I will see, what I can do.
