There is now a contrib-file, which supports mathjax-style-syntax. It is still 
untested and requires some changes to w2lParser.php.

There are still some features missing. Also, this version runs over the article 
several times. That's not a perfect solution, but it works for now.

It supports several per-page-directives, like __NOMATHJAX__.
