Aero Peek not in english #341

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening Winamp
2. Opening Winampe Aero Peek by hovering mouse over icon
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The scroll ticker language should be in english. It is in Japanese (or a 
similar character language).

What version of Winamp are you using? What plugin version? On what
operating system? Make sure you read the FAQ before posting.
5.621, Unknown, Win7

Reset the font, or wait for a new version, which should fix it.
