Feature Request: Select region, not detect region #147

I'm a user in mainland China, but now I play WOW and Diablo 3 on Taiwanese
servers.
When I tried to create a new authenticator for my Taiwanese Battle.net account,
it detected the region and created a serial code which starts with "CN".
"CN" can only be used for Chinese Battle.net, but I need a "US" or "TW" for my
account.
Earlier versions (I have used WinAuth 1.7 and WinAuth 2.0) has the option to
select your region when creating a new authenticator, but I can't find it in
WinAuth3.

Please an option to select the region of the newly created authenticator.

I'll look at adding a choice into the dialog. It was removed because the old
version selector in 2.x that allowed you to pick US or EU stopped working, as
Blizzard now does the detection themselves.

For now you can add a config file into the folder where you have winauth.exe
(see attached). This will force winauth to use the US region.
