errors when loading and deletes most authenticators! #180

What version of WinAuth? 3.1.8

What system/version (e.g. Windows 7)? windows 7

How many authenticators do you have? If one, what type (e.g. Google
Authenticator/Battle.net)?

Many! (cant load them all to count)
Battle.net, Rift, Multiple google auth (in this order)

Do you use a password? Yes

Do you use the "Encrypt to only be useable on this computer" protection? No

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I run the program.
2. I receive a message "unable to load xml" or "unable to resolve 
auth.trionworlds.com"
3. In both cases, the program then loads up showing only the battle.net 
authenticator and all others are deleted.
4. Upon closing the program, it saves this corrupted data over my old  
authenticators, without a password.

If you are able to load WinAuth, please click the cog icon and choose
"About...". Click the Diagnostics button and copy the contents of the field
(beginning with "--BEGIN PGP MESSAGE---") into a file and attach to this
issue.

I'll look into if connecting to trion/Glyph is causing the corruption. Did that 
error happen first then all the authenticators disappeared?

In the meantime can you do this following:

1) Run "Regedit". (press WinKey-R or do Start->run and type 'regedit', click 
OK).
2) In the left side, click and open up HKEY_CURRENT_USER
3) Click and open Software
4) Click and open WinAuth3
5) Click and open Backup
6) On the right side, you see one or more lines with "---BEGIN PGP 
MESSAGE---...". Double-click each line to open a window and copy everything in 
the 'Value data' field and paste it into an email or text file.

Send me that in an email. It is a set of backups for your authenticators and I 
should be able to restore them from it.
