ipython 1.0 for python 2.7 #79

I couldn't see anywhere suggesting this was imminent, so could I please have 
ipython 1.0 and spyderlib 2.3 in the python 2.7 distributions :)

Spyder v2.3 is not the stable release for Python 2.7.

I'll upgrade to Spyder v2.3 and IPython v1.0 as soon as v2.3 is out (by 
October, probably).
