Put the cursor on a specific bit of text in a textbox #33

Given a text box with a popup that happens when the cursor is at a
particular point,
When I specify "hello", 2
Then WiPFlash should put the caret between the two "l"s (0, 1, 2)

I can't remember why on earth I thought this was a good idea. Nobody needs.
