remove all plugins and move them to wiquery-plugins #171

In order to keep WiQuery lean and clean we should move all plugins to the other 
project. This way all plugins are on a central location and can be jarred 
together. It is imperative that we focus on making WiQuery as stable as 
possible and separate any plugin from the core.

I altered wiquery 1.5 to be multi project all jquery ui related classes are 
separated from the core.
