StyleSheetResourceReference creates wrong PackageResource #199

In WiQuery 1.2.3, and the current trunk, the StyleSheetResourceReference 
creates a JavascriptPackageResource where it should create a 
StyleSheetPackageResource on line 56.

This results in JS compression errors from the YUIJavaScriptCompressor trying 
to compress a CSS file, when the JavaScriptCompressorInitializer is used.
