test images need to be in classification 'tree' #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make a fit file for test images, 0 classes
2. use 0 class .fit to classify

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
marg. probs. expected.
See segmentation fault instead

On lgchrm15:
/home/eckleyd/ImageData/classify/RNAiL.fit is a culprit...
