Reading weights from a file is broken on trunk #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. wndchrm test -f0.0004 -n50 -vrfeature_weights.txt terminal_bulb.fit out.html

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Look in out.html ... the top weight varies for each split, and the values for 
single features also varies

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
