Error when click "Choose Image" button #436

1. defined a custom filed of Image;
2. click "new my_content" menu item;
3. click "Choose Image" button, errors show.

Recovered. May conflict with the plugin of "Gallery Plugin".
Deleted items of "Gallery Plugin" and disabled the plugin.
Now the "Select Image" button appears.
