to_link filter: using is_object (vs. is_array) with get_post_complete #439

I just checked Trac at

Looks like you've already switched line 61 from !is_object to !is_array.

I think maybe the same could be applied to line 38 too,
because get_post_complete() returns an array (vs. object).
