Manager: ability to customize column data dynamically #456

When the table with data is displayed, the is an author column.
I need an ability to edit user, and/or go to user's page
right now, I need to copy author's email to get to his page in 'users'

Ah, I see what happened: this never got printed into the headers.  Ack, the way 
WP does this is really convoluted.
