Show "options" in "Custom Fields" view #457

What functionality do you want to see?

Show options created for each field in 'Custom Fields' view, perhaps show which 
one any, is the 'default'

Do you have examples of similar functionality on other sites or in other
plugins? (Please share URLs below)

I've added a function to CCTM_FormElement allowing each child class to handle 
how it displays what its options are.  E.g. a dropdown field will show the 
available options, a colorpicker field will show a color swatch of the default 
color, a relation field shows its search criteria, etc... 

Still have a few more fields to go.
