INTERNAL BUG REPORT:

Noticed that the CCTM::$data array was not properly storing paths to all 
fields, filters, configs, and tpls.  Must get this cleaned up before working on 
Issue #442.

Ah the get_stored_version() was reporting the wrong version.  Ack, if only WP 
had some useful events for updates I wouldn't have to write all this stuff by 
hand....
