opening browser windows when working with posttype definition

it is very annyoing when defining the post type that when you click into a 
checkbox or a inputfield, a new browser window with the URL 
http://code.google.com/p/wordpress-custom-content-type-manager/issues/detail?id=
9 is openend

what is this? This is very molesting

using newest version of plugin
working with a local server
browsing with Firefox 19.0.2

Thanks for the bug report. Please, I need some more details -- saying the 
"newest version" does not help me unfortunately.  Can you please paste the info 
that is printed for you when you click on the CCTM's "Report a Bug" link?  See 
the first item on this page:

Secondly, please let me know which URL in the manager you are accessing when 
this occurs -- I don't need to know your site's domain, just the manager url, 
e.g. 
http://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=cctm&a=edit_post_type&pt=product

Then I will know for sure which page you are referring to.

Finally, please tell me which language you are using.  It's possible that the 
translator forgot to include a closing HTML tag, and the result is that your 
page renders incorrectly.

as I said, it is a local installation.

The language is german

It happens when I click on a checkbox in "Customizing Columns" 
(german="Anpassbare Spalten")
the URL in that case is 
http://127.0.0.1/wordpress_3_5/wp-admin/admin.php?page=cctm&a=edit_post_type&pt=
zitier#columns-tab

the link which is opened in another tab is:
http://code.google.com/p/wordpress-custom-content-type-manager/issues/detail?id=
9

it happens even when I clear the cache of the plugin

it happens with the german language, I even downloaded anew and used the 
newly-downloaded files from the folder /lang
it does not happen with english language-file

the ro_RO-language file shouldn't be included in the package, it does not 
follow the filename-convention and when I renamed it to a correct filename, and 
defined ro_RO as WP-lang, only english text
please take this rubbish away from your package ;=)

by the way: This URL for download brings 404: 
http://wpcctm.com/custom-content-type-manager.zip

Ah, ok, this error was reported.  It's a duplicate of issue #468.  So this has 
been fixed.

You can get the latest dev version from 
http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/custom-content-type-manager.zip  -- I 
only update the other when I need to (e.g. when the WP repo fails).  I've 
updated this now, but keep in mind that it's a pain to publish a current zip 
file.
