Repeatable Fields Cap #477

What functionality do you want to see?
I would like to see the repeatable fields (which is only available for some 
field types) that provides a cap.  The current state of the repeatable fields 
checkbox is that its an "all or nothing" situation.  Either you can leave it 
unchecked which only allows one entry for that field, or you can have it 
checked which allows for an *infinite* amount of entries for that field.  

This would be especially useful in the case of people who want an end user to 
upload multiple images into a content type's image field. Maybe a type of 
dropdown like this:

(this is how Drupal handles it when one wishes to set up a file upload field 
for a content type)

I have no idea if this is something which can be implemented for CCTM version 
1.0 but I could see it being useful enough for some.
