Thickbox overlay broken in 0.9.7.2-pl #489

What steps will reproduce the problem? (Be specific enough so that someone
else can make the plugin fail for themselves. Remember: the issue can't
be fixed if it can't be reproduced!)

1. Update to 0.9.7.2-pl
2. Click on something that opens a thickbox display, such as a relation field's
button to select related items, or the tinyMCE button to create a Summarize
Posts shortcode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: the normal functionality of the button/input.
Actual results: Fatal
error/home/custom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-content-type-manager/inc
ludes/GetPostsForm.php196

Does the problem continue if you disable all other plugins? (plugin
conflicts cause a LOT of problems, so please isolate the problem)

Yes.

Please copy and paste the system information that appears in a yellow
textarea when you click on "Report a Bug" on any CCTM admin screen (this
includes the version of the
plugin, the version of PHP, the version of MySQL, a list of other active
plugins etc.):

Any update on this? Is there some workaround to allow us to update our
products (heavy use of relation fields) while a more permanent solution is
being implemented?

I hope I don't sound ungrateful or demanding, as I know there's no obligation
on your part to help us, but even just a sentence or two I can report to my
boss would be greatly appreciated!

...and right after I wrote that I see a new version has been released which at
least initially seems to fix the issue. Thanks!

I hope I don't sound demanding and there's no obligation, but even just a
dollar or two would be greatly appreciated.

I couldn't reproduce this behavior, but I think it may have been related to
issues #480 and #491.

0.9.7.3 was released about 2 hours ago, so please update. If you continue to
experience problems, please report back here with your CCTM definition JSON
file attached.
