Sort/Filter list of Custom Fields #498

When you're on the wp-admin/admin.php?page=cctm_fields&a=list_custom_fields 
page, it would be handy to be able to sort or filter the list of fields.

 * Click on column heading to sort by either fieldname or fieldtype
 * Dropdown + "Filter" button @ top to filter by type or "Show All"

I see the sort functionality in the advanced tab under "content types", but it 
does not appear to be working.  I select Order by, and sort order, I change em 
back and forth to verify it works, and it never changes.
