Associate more map data with a post #6

I'd like to be able to associate a small map with multiple points and
tracks with a post, selecting one point as primary to represent the post on
the master map.

This could also open up the option to show a small map centered on the post's 
point
on the single.php page.

I've done much of what I wanted in 1.1. Future enhancements will be more 
specific.
