Add event to visitors iCal, Outlook or Google Calendar #522

Please provide a link or button with an event that will allow web visitors to 
add the event to a web visitors iCal, Outlook or Google Calendar. Not sure if 
some or other CALDav API will help ...

I am no longer able to update/support the Ajax Event Calendar plugin for 
`WordPress`.
