Allow Closure Compiler errors to fail the build #682

When using google closure processor and the processed javascript contains 
errors, the processor should throw an exception. Currently it leaves content 
unchanged.

there are 3 open issues left I was planning to fix as part of this release. But 
I could drop some of them and release it soon. I'll try to release it this 
sunday or during next week. Is that ok for you?
