Upgrade handlebars processor to latest version

A newer version of handlebars is available: 1.0.0-rc.4.
The HandlebarsJsProcessor should use latest library to process handlebars 
templates.

Also use webjar dependency to load the handlebars js library.

Because the latest ember.js version is tight to handlebars 1.0.0-rc.3, the 
handlebarsProcessor will be updated to rc3 intead of rc4.
