Move wro4j-grails project to a dedicated repository #775

The wro4j-grails project is developed mostly by contributors and probably it 
would make sense to move the ownership of this project to people willing to 
maintain it. As the first step, this module should migrate to a dedicated git 
repository and should be built independently.

Probably, it would make sense to add the wro4j-grails as git submodule to wro4j 
project.

Moved the sources of wro4j-grails-plugin to the new location and created git 
submodule: https://github.com/wro4j/wro4j-grails-plugin
