Expose an alias for SingleLineCommentStripperProcessor #802

The SingleLineCommentStripperProcessor doesn't have an alias associated and is 
not loaded by SPI. 

Expected behavior: this processor should have an alias so that it could be 
easily configured through wro.properties.
