Cant open 163, baidu etc.403 Hosts Deny. #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Change the proxy settings and then open goagent and then i just cant open 
these sites
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Open them normally.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
goagent2.1-0.12 & wallproxy2.1-0.13

Please provide any additional information below.

sorry，for safe.We don't allow user visit China websides by this tools.Because 
the GAE will send the appid to the server which you visit.So sorry.Please use 
other tools to visit China websites.
