导致出现该问题的步骤？
1.运行goagent。bat
2.无法打开firefox
3.

出错的输出是什么？你看到了什么呢？

couldn't read configuration
您使用的是什么版本的产品吗？什么样的操作系统？
安装包里的，win7

手动启动firefoxportable目录下的firefoxportable.exe试试
