I cannot reproduce it. Does it happen also on the latest demo installation,
http://ondras.zarovi.cz/sql/demo/?keyword=default ?

It definitely occurs on at least two separate systems I've tried on, though I
have more data to add:

*What steps will reproduce the problem?*

1. Open designer
2. Enable option
3. Load XML with connectors

Here is the example XML file. All tables have relations, on loading this on my
sites there are missing relations. The latest demo installation appears to be
correct, but I haven't tested as thorough as locally.

If the demo installation appears to be okay, the issue might have been solved
already.

Please checkout the latest revision and try it locally... a new release will be
done in several weeks.

I have the same problem,

I made a model in the demo, installed v2.6 on my server, set theses options to
ON and imported the XML = relations gone because field name become int (11)
instead of just int (for example) or username (100) instead of username. So the
relationship disappear.

The demo seems to work just fine...

A new release, 2.7, will be ready soon. It will correspond to the current
latest revision - the one you can see in the demo installation.
