Table lost from view if table title moved up out of screen #173

the tables can only be moved by using the grey title cell of the table, so if 
they are accidentally moved up out of the screen, then there is no obvious way 
to drag them back down again. Align Tables works, but by setting layout back to 
default

What solution do you propose? Forbid dragging tables to negative x/y 
coordinates?

I'm not a programmer, but from an end-user's perspective that sounds reasonable
