Script error from Tudou plugin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to Tudou
2. Locate a TV series of interest
3. Select the TV series

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A list of episodes are expected to be returned. Get a script error instead. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 10.1 Dharma on Linux Mint 12.0 using Gnome 3.

Please provide any additional information below.

A number of regular expressions within default.py were found to be no longer 
sufficient to match the video URLs. Default.py was patched and was restored to 
working order. Please see the patch attached.
