Adding framework to test entire stack in quickstart setup

Retrospectively adding ticket for fixed issue:

Testing using out of box, running components on gunicorn.

 * yabi-sh renamed to yabish
 * yabiadmin base requirements bumped to 2.3.3 and added psutil
 * gunicorn targets added to fab files
 * yabiadmin scripts added
 * fixed quickstart fixture
 * root level fabfile for testing
