Confusing "File not found" error #150

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use SSH Filesystem backend
2. Delete the yabi backend running users .known_hosts file
3. try to access a listing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see some sort of error that the known_hosts file is missing
Instead see what looks like the remote directory or file is not found

This is no longer an issue with the new HostKey support in yabiadmin.
