Refactor Yabi User table #162

This table should be merged with the Userprofile. It is not linked to Auth User 
otherwise, and the only reason it exists I think was to store yabi username if 
it was different than the username (ie in ldap). We now have User Profiles so 
we should store the yabi username on that.

This has been fixed as part of merging Yabife and Yabiadmin (issue #188)
