Improve logging on of remote host key not found error #165

Exception: Trying to connect to unknown host. Remote host key not found in 
~/.ssh/known_hosts

Would be good to have which host it can't find the key for in the error.

This is no longer an issue with new HostKey support in yabiadmin.
