Remove JSON from Workflow #167

Remove the JSON column from Workflow and all the code that updates the JSON.

Instead calculate the task progress dynamically on request.

Fixed in b908b2eb242b on branch tszabo.

The post save signals have been removed, JSON column has been removed, task 
progress is calculated and added to JSON dynamically.
