/tmp filling under 'fab tests' #180

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. mount your /tmp filesystem somewhere less than 4 gigs
2. run tests

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
tests should run. Instead /tmp fills and tests die.

Solution?
Make the directory configurable.

fixed in 131486417e79   

if /tmp is limited, point TEST_TMP env var at space of more than 5 gigabytes.
